I am a mother, wife, author, publisher, writer, real estate strategist, real estate investor, entrepreneur and community leader. I went to college in Worcester, I got married at St. Paul’s in Worcester. I am a passionate individual who has always challenged stereotypes and exceeded expectations. My journey began with a determination to carve my own path, leading me to become the first in my family to graduate cum laude in computer science. This accomplishment was just the start, as I went on to build a successful career as a senior software engineer, tech lead, and IT consultant for major companies. Driven by a desire to rewrite the narrative for Latinx individuals in technology, especially Latinas, I have dedicated myself to empowering and inspiring girls in STEM fields. My work focuses on demonstrating that success is about following one’s passions, not conforming to societal norms.

In addition to my technical career, I am deeply invested in community development and empowerment. As the president of the Latin American Business Organization (LABO), I work tirelessly to support Latin and minority business owners in Worcester, creating programs that promote tangible growth and economic development. Recently, I founded the Empowering Latina Leaders Affirmation (ELLA), a non-profit organization aimed at shaping the future of Latina leadership. Through ELLA, I aspire to provide a supportive network, resources, and mentorship opportunities that enable Latinas to achieve success across various fields. My vision is to see ELLA become a cornerstone for Latina women aspiring to leadership positions, making a significant impact in the community and serving as a beacon of hope and inspiration. That is why I created the phrase “Great Leaders Don’t Close the Door Behind”
