I am a shy, laid-back person who is happiest when spending time with a few close friends and family. I can be found at the beach with my dogs on my days off. Or exploring small businesses in a new town with coffee in hand.

Q: Please tell us about your current career and what you love most about what you do?
I currently serve as the CEO of a small chain of retail stores in Massachusetts. Our flagship store, Crompton Collective, is accompanied by our second-largest store, Haberdash Worcester, and additional locations in Hudson and Harwich Port on Cape Cod. We also operate a market known as Makes Like a Girl. My favorite aspect of my job is sourcing. I handpick every product for the Haberdash stores and carefully select vendors for Crompton Collective.

Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Worcester, and what is your favorite dish?
A: The Abbey has been a long-time favorite of mine, and lately, I have also been enjoying Wooden Bar!

Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve ever met?
Diane Von Furstenberg

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
I would choose Malta. I have always been drawn to the idea of visiting this destination.

Q: What is your go to band when you can’t decide what to listen to?
Lately, I’ve been turning to Billie Holiday (it reminds me of growing up with my cousin Linnea) and a lot of Maren Morris and Taylor Swift.

Q: What is your best advice?
The best advice I ever received was from my best friend when I was opening a new business: “Only take advice from someone you’re willing to trade places with.”

Q: What are the top three on your Bucket List?
hmmmm, I never really had a bucket list.

Q: What current/former local business makes you the most nostalgic about Worcester, and why?
I find myself missing Skylight the most. Roller skating was my favorite childhood pastime, and it saddens me that kids today no longer have that experience in the city.

Q: Choosing anyone alive and a non-relative with whom would you love to have lunch, and why?
This week, I would choose my friend Garo. He is incredibly supportive and positive. When you’re going through a tough time, he is the best person to be around. He always reminds me of my strength.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Hopefully, in 5 to 10 years, I see myself still running small businesses and enjoying quality time with my family, friends, and dogs.

Q: What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you, even your friends or family.
due to the early years of Instagram, everyone knows almost everything about me.

Q: What 3 words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word HOME?
Olive, Rune, and Sloane. Those are the names of my dogs.

Q: If a motion picture was made of your life, what actor/actress would you choose to play you?
I would choose Busy Philipps, She’s quirky and beautiful.

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about Worcester?
: My favorite aspect of Worcester is The Canal District; we have so much to offer here. A close second would be Coney Island.

Q: What is your favorite smell?
I love the smell of apples.

Q: Who inspires you to be better?
I always surround myself with people that inspire me, but currently, my little brother Owen. He started his own microgreens business last year and has been dedicating a lot of time and effort to it. It’s truly inspiring to see someone pursue their passion. I hope to be a supportive resource for him.
