If you own a service-based business, I am sure that you have felt bogged down by the many to-dos, especially if they involve technology.
As an Online Business Manager & Tech Strategist, I not only help small business owners streamline their systems and choose the right platforms for their needs and budget, I then take those tech tasks off your plate entirely.
I created my company Simplify, for entrepreneurs stuck between ideas and implementation. Clients start with a consulting call to figure out what they need to reach their goals and then my outsourcing team makes it all happen.
You may have had teammates or staff in the past and still felt stretched thin. Our team takes the strategic roadmap that you and I create and integrates all the digital must-haves that every online business needs, allowing coaches and other service providers to stay in their zone of genius.
Our services include website design, standard operating procedures, customer relationship management software, social media, online course/membership creation and management, email marketing, and so much more.
When I’m not simplifying businesses, I run Netflix marathons and snuggle with my husband, our daughter, and our schnauzer. You’ll find us in Tatnuck Square where we purchased a home in 2017. Though we are both native New Yorkers, we met in Boston in 2008 and Massachusetts has our hearts!
Please tell us about your current career and what you love most about what you do?
I love noticing the relief that my clients feel after my team and I have made owning their businesses easier.

There’s not much people don’t know about me as I’m an open book, so I will go with what I think is the most interesting thing I’ve ever done. I donated my fertilized embryos to a couple and in July 2021 his mom gave birth to my biological son. I feel honored to have helped create a family.

I’m from a family of people that have worked very hard for the things they have. My parents put themselves through college and gave me so much. They inspire me to do the best I can at all times.
