My name is Leif Rosseland, and I’ve been involved in the real estate industry for over three decades. I began my career as a real estate agent helping people buy and sell homes in the city of Worcester as well as most of Central Mass. After 14 years as an agent, I moved into multiple different roles with Coldwell Banker including branch management and a regional vice president of NE. I’m back in the role I truly cherish the most and that’s running the Coldwell Banker Worcester and Sturbridge offices.
Please tell us about your current career and what you love most about what you do?
The real estate industry is one of the most fascinating business’s I’ve ever encountered. You’re fully involved with one of the biggest decisions a person will ever make in their lifetime…where they are going to live and where they are going to raise a family and have life lasting memories.

Hands down The Sole
Who is the most interesting person you’ve ever met?
I would say a man by the name of Bill Kiley, who was the president and leader of a company called Coldwell Banker Hunneman. A true genius, visionary, and down to earth person who was relatable.
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Back to Italy or Scotland
What is your go to band when you can’t decide what to listen to?
The Cars…I actually bumped into Benjamin Orr coming out of an elevator in Boston at a friends condo..chilling
What is your best advice?
If you want to get something done and get it done well…….surround yourself with people who are smarter than yourself.

The Worcester Art Museum…the hidden gem of Massachusetts

Tom Hanks….he’s been so lucky to be a part of so many different movie genre’s, and every one perfectly created.

Traveling more
What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you, even your friends or family.
Hmmm, not sure its interesting, but I can remember events and people from as far back as grammar school like I experienced it yesterday
