Outside the office, I am a spirited single mom, navigating the joys of parenthood while nurturing my son’s soaring talent in gymnastics! When weather permits, with a heart as vast as the river I love, I find solace and adventure in the art of fly fishing. Heading out onto the ocean in pursuit of striped bass or spending a leisurely day spin-casting for largemouth bass on the lake in my backyard never fails to bring me joy. I’m quite handy around the house and spent three years alongside my dad and a talented carpenter renovating my home from top to bottom. I also really enjoy taking care of my many houseplants, and whenever I get the chance, I like spending time in my garden.

Q: Please tell us about your current career and what you love most about what you do?
I am a compassionate, seasoned primary care physician. I own and operate Alpha-Omega Direct Primary Care, LLC. In my office, expertise meets genuine connection. With dual American Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, I’ve dedicated 22 years to fostering well-being across all ages. In my cozy corner of healthcare, generations intertwine as I proudly welcome the children of my long-standing patients into the fold. But it doesn’t stop there – I also have the privilege of caring for the parents of these same patients, serving three generations with warmth and dedication. Recently transitioning from fee-for-service to Direct Primary Care, I’ve prioritized preserving the invaluable doctor-patient relationships that define my practice. This innovative approach allows me to focus on what truly matters: you. Gone are the days of simply treating illness – I champion wellness, proactively nurturing your health with every visit. Join me in a partnership built on trust, compassion, and a shared journey towards lasting vitality.
