I am a Puerto Rican, first born generation whose parents were one of the first families to settle in Framingham, MA in the early 60’s. My family currently has 5 generations still leaving their imprint on the world. I am a wife, a mother and grandmother to an amazing family. I enjoy spending quality time with the people I hold dearest in my heart and Sunday dinners where I get to enjoy seeing their smiles. I enjoy being one with nature whether it be hiking through the woods with my dogs or finding a spot to park by the water and just staring at the waves. My Sundays consist of Lifetime movie marathons and Boston sports! I love to spend time with my crazy pups and my cat who is convinced is a pup. I love to host theme parties with my girlfriends where the nights end with wine and karaoke followed by lots of laughter. Sometimes when life gets fast, I slow it down with a book, a cozy blanket and sit by the fireplace with a cup of coffee. When I am not at home with my family, I get so much fulfillment from making connections in the community by sitting on the board for Central Mass Conference for Women and LABO (Latin American Business Organization) and meeting different people. Having those interactions keeps me grounded and allows me to keep an open mind.

Q: Please tell us about your current career and what you love most about what you do?
Currently I wear various hats. By day I am an Account Executive for Fallon Health where I specialize in Senior Care Options. By night I pour my heart into inspiring and empowering local community women from all walks of life through our Central Mass Conference for Women and being a resource for the small businesses by sitting on the board for LABO (Latin American Business Organization). What is interesting is that these speak to my passion. Empowering women and connecting small businesses with resources. There are many moments of gratitude and fulfilment as a result of being a contributor to the community. If I had to choose one thing as my favorite, it would have to be having the opportunity to make a difference in other’s lives to help them towards living their best lives. Making meaningful connections and approaching everyone from a place a service has taught me that you truly do get what you give out, which has manifested in many blessings in my life.
